As Director of State & Local Policy, Ms. Brooks oversees all aspects of CFED’s state- and local-level policy work. This includes leading the Assets & Opportunity Network– a network of advocates working around the nation to expand economic opportunity – and providing technical assistance, resources and strategic advice to advocates and policymakers.
