As you must know by now (since we just can’t stop talking about it!), CFED is a finalist in Sam’s Club’s Giving Made Simple campaign! We’re in a tight race with three other entrepreneurship organizations and if we win the most votes, Sam’s Club will give CFED a grant of $1 million to help low-income business owners start their businesses right!

Today is Double Points Day on Twitter. All day today, anyone who re-tweets our posts containing our unique hashtag can have their vote counted. Unlike the online voting, you don’t need to be a Sam’s Club member to participate. Just copy and paste the following message into Twitter and encourage your friends to do the same: Tell @samsclub that @CFEDNews deserves $1M! Spreading the word could help us double our member votes for today! Please RT! #Sams4CFED. Whichever organization has the most tweets including the #Sams4CFED hashtag will have their votes doubled for that day, so be sure to help us out!

Looking ahead, the last day to vote is this Sunday, May 2, so make sure you’re logging in over the weekend to help us close the gap. Sam’s Club members can vote everyday and every vote counts!
