Director of Affordable Housing Initiatives

We seek a proven leader in the affordable housing sector to become CFED’s Director of Affordable Housing Initiatives. The Director will lead CFED’s six-year old I’M HOME initiative, driving forward a multi-faceted policy agenda at the federal, state and local level; leveraging the intersection between policy and the on-the-ground practice of community organizations, homeowner communities, developers and financial institutions; and collaborating with the broader affordable housing movement to heighten the visibility and accessibility of manufactured housing as a viable housing alternative. Director of Private Sector Services

CFED is seeking applicants for an extraordinary new opportunity. Our Director of Private Sector Services will be charged with forging partnerships with large-scale financial entities to develop innovative financial products and services that meet the needs of low-income communities. Our successful candidate will combine a solid background in banking and financial product design with business planning know-how and experience working with underserved communities. Organizational Advancement Officer, Policy & Research

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Organizational Advancement Officer, Policy and Research. Reporting to the Vice President for Development and working closely with the Vice President and Directors of the Policy & Research Team, the successful candidate will develop and implement strategies for diversifying and expanding relationships with a range of corporate, community and family foundations, manage the application and reporting processes for P & R team grants, and collaborate and contribute to core policy and research team initiatives.
