Innovation@cfed is pleased to feature the Public Markets Training event being hosted this June by LEDC, the Latino Economic Development Center, a nonprofit organization in Minneapolis. Ramón León, innovation@cfed Innovative Idea Champion, is President and CEO of LEDC. John Flory, innovation@cfed Innovative Idea Co-Champion with Ramón, is Special Projects Director for LEDC. We are thrilled to support Ramón and John’s work by spreading the word about this event.

The training is designed for public and nonprofit developers in the planning and development of public markets as business incubators. Public markets have proven to be successful anchors for revitalized communities and provide the first rung of a ladder for the economic success of ethnic entrepreneurs.
