Bob Friedman, Founder, General Counsel and Chairman of the Board
As CFED's Founder, Bob Friedman has been a key leader in the assets movement for over 30 years. Bob also serves as General Counsel to the organization and as Chairman of CFED's Board of Directors.

Carl Rist, Executive Director, 1:1 Fund
Carl Rist has spent the past 20 years at the Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED), working on a variety of strategies to expand economic opportunity and help lower-income households build wealth. Presently, Mr. Rist is the Executive Director of the 1:1 Fund, CFED's newest social enterprise.
