The guide is based on a careful review of all state-level CSA legislation that has been either introduced or enacted, as well as CFED’s experience helping states design CSA and other matched savings legislation. It is organized to correspond with sections that are common to most CSA legislation. In each section, we note the purpose of that particular section and provide examples of actual state legislative language.
