This resource reflects the latest thinking on successful design and implementation of CSA programs from CFED and the many practitioners, researchers, funders and others who have helped shape this field.

A legislative language guide with real-life examples of children's savings legislation. The guide is based on a careful review of all state-level CSA legislation that has been either introduced or enacted, as well as CFED’s experience helping states design CSA and other matched savings legislation. It is organized to correspond with sections that are common to most CSA legislation. In each section, we note the purpose of that particular section and provide examples of actual state legislative language.
A booklet authored by CFED and designed for a more general audience that uses stories and pictures of SEED account-holders, along with some of the key lessons from SEED, to make the case for universal children's savings accounts.
